Yesterday I decided to try sitting on an exercise ball instead of my chair. This is something I actually recommend for people who tend to fidget or want to improve their posture. Since I have an ergonomic chair and generally sit still, I don't typically sit on a ball. So, I thought I'd do something different. I only lasted half the day because it needs to be inflated and I don't know where the pump is. But, at least I tried. Gumby seemed to like it much better than I.
