Shifting Your Mindset With Meditation


In the book “As a Man Thinketh,” James Allen states, “As he thinks, so he is; as he continues to think, so he remains.” He goes on to say, “A person is limited only by the thoughts that he chooses,“ and, “Men do not attract that which they want, but that which they are.”

What this means is that in order for you to create the life you really want, you must begin to think and feel as if you already live that life. In order to accomplish this, you need to shift your current mindset. Where are you limiting yourself? What negative self-talk do you engage in? Answering these questions allows you to explore a new path.
