Are you using stimulants like coffee or soda to get you through your day? Unfortunately, these stimulants offer temporary relief from symptoms of fatigue but don't address the root problem. In fact, they actually exacerbate fatigue and cause long-term damage to your body.
If you're tired, it's likely because you are 1) not getting enough sleep, 2) dehydrated, 3) stressed out, or 4) not getting the nutrients you need for your body to function optimally.
