Happy New Year!!! With 2017 now in motion, I encourage you to start the year off by painting a clear picture of what you want your life to look like this year.

Not sure what you want? Start by doing the Circle of Life. Follow the instructions to identify the gaps that exist in your life. Once you've identified your gaps, you can create your goals for the year. Remember that is great to dream, but you need to be realistic with your goal setting and make sure your goals are very specific if you really want to reach them.

Many people fail in reaching their goals because they do not properly set them to begin with. If you set your goals the right way, you will be more inclined to take the action needed to achieve them.
