Here are 5 quick tips to eating less.

  1. Use a smaller plate/bowl

  2. Don’t let yourself get hungry

  3. Chew 35-45 times before swallowing

  4. Put your fork/spoon down between each bite and puts your hands in your lap

  5. Wait at least 10 minutes before getting seconds - Allowing your body time to realize you’ve just eaten is important. Once your brain receives the message you’ve eaten, you likely won’t desire seconds.
